The above information appeared to be correct at the time of printing but it is advisable to confirm details with the organisers at the time of
obtaining entry form. Amendments ad additions can later be found on our website. PLEASE book early so we can confirm we have the numbers
to service a particular exhibition (especially the distant shows). The best time to book our service is approximately 4 days prior to sending
in your entry form to the relevant exhibition.

Unfortunately, owing to the ever increasing costs involved in running the business (CPI; fuel - especially diesel; etc), we have had to increase the
 fees slightly. I am sure you (well, most of you),  will agree the fees are still very reasonable, and have been kept at a minimum, and we thank you 
in
anticipation of your continued business and support.

Our courier fee includes (with the exception of a few shows which the courier fee is marked #), collection from a nominated
depot or home; delivery to an exhibition; and return of any unsold works (if any), of up to three paintings (unless marked #),
not exceeding 106cm X 153cm (3'6" x 5'), per artist, with a small fee for larger paintings & extra works.

For most exhibitions, it is not necessary for you to wrap the works. The paintings are wrapped individually by us for transit.

        *  SINGLETON: Previous date given for Entry Close was June 19. The date is actually June 25.

   * MACQUARIE TOWNS ART SOCIETY: Celebrating Governor Macquarie's 200th Aniversary establishment of the five Macquarie Towns.

   * SCONE ART PRIZE: There was an earlier error in their entry forms which wrongly stated the phone number as 0426 101 697. 

        *  WAGGA WAGGA and a few others: Service of these exhibitions can only be considered if sufficient artists are interested.

Please advise early.  (Please note we advise interested artists around four days prior to the closing dates whether the exhibitions are viable). 
There is no guarantee thatwe will be servicing a particular show just because it is mentioned in our Newsletter. This information 
is occasionally just for yourinformation, or we are sometimes unable to obtain the numbers to make it a viable proposition. 
If it is suspected that sufficientnumbers may not be obtained, wenotify you a few days prior to the entry closing date of the exhibition.

"INVITE ONLY" Generally means new artists are welcome but have firstly to ring,  submit photos or display their works
for preview, so if you are interested, contact the relevant organiser early.
Private shows and special deliveries can be made by arrangement.

Artists are advised to arrange rivate insurance cover for transit & exhibited works if required.
