Our courier fee includes (with the exception of a few shows which the courier fee is marked # ), collection from a nominated depot or home; delivery to an exhibition; and return of any unsold works (if any), of up to three paintings (unless marked # ), not exceeding 106cm X 153cm (3'6" x 5'), per artist, with a small fee for larger paintings & extra works. Amendments and additions can later be found on our website. PLEASE book early so we can confirm we have the numbers to service a particular exhibition (especially the distant shows). The best time to book our service is approxilately 4 days prior to sending in your ntry form to the relevant exhibition. Unfortunately, owing to the ever increasing costs involved i running the business (CPI, fuel etc), we have had to increase the fees again. I am sure you (well, most of you), will agree the fees arestill very reasonable and have been keept at a minimum, and we thank you in anticipation of your continued business and support. For most exhibitions it is not necessary for you to wrap the works. The paintings are wrapped individually by us for transit. * RAYMOND TERRACE ART SHOW: New section this year: Raymond Terrace Senior Citizen's Club (non acquatisive) for artists aged 55 and over (any subject in any medium) $100.00 * WAGGA WAGGA and a few others: Service of these exhibitions can only be considered if sufficient artists are interested. * ST JOSEPHS COLLEGE & LIVERPOOL ART PRIZE: No show this year. There is no guarantee that we will be servicing a particular show just because it is mentioned in our Newsletter. This information is occasionally just your information,or we are sometimes unable to obtain the numbers to make it a viable proposition. If it is suspected that sufficient numbers may not be obtained, we notify you a few days prior to the entry closing date of the exhibition. "INVITE ONLY" generally means new artists are welcome but have firstly to ring, submit photos or display their works for preview, so if you are interested, contact the relevant organiser early. Private shows andspecial deliveries can be made by arrangement. Artist are advised to arrange private insurance cover for transit & exhibited works if required. Please support our Depots when you can. They offer us an invaluable service; Their time; space; & expert knowledge. Due to restricted space at their new premises at Penrith Arthouse Direct can no longer act as our depot.
